Introduction of Osaka Municipal Waterworks Bureau’s Efforts to support overseas waterworks utilities in resolving problems

Osaka Municipal Waterworks Bureau (hereinafter referred to as OMWB) is engaged in a project (Water supply promotion hub project) to introduce various waterworks technologies to support overseas waterworks entities in solving their problems. We would like to introduce this project.

OMWB has one of the largest and accessible water treatment plants in Japan, the Kunijima Water Treatment Plant. In this water treatment plant, there are testing facilities for inspecting and investigating water quality from the water source to the tap, as well as a training facility for practical learning. OMWB is able to introduce the overall waterworks technologies, such as water treatment, water supply and distribution, and water quality management, that OMWB has cultivated for over 120 years.

An exhibition facility featuring products, models, and videos from private companies that work with OMWB is also located in the training facility. We can introduce technologies from private companies that are useful for improving water supply facilities and equipment.

If you are interested in this project, please watch our PR video and feel free to ask questions. We look forward to hearing from you!
