We are pleased to inform you that following the success of the project carried out for the past 3 consecutive years in Singapore, for the first time in Thailand we will be holding a series of cooking classes to spread the charm of Japanese local ingredients in collaboration with ABC Cooking Studio.

The aim is for Thai consumers to discover the deliciousness and diversity of Japanese local ingredients and form a sense of familiarity with them through actually cooking and tasting the ingredients for themselves.

Venue: ABC Cooking Studio (Central World Studio / Central Festival EastVille Studio)

Organisers: J.CLAIR Singapore and ABC Cooking Studio

Participating Prefecture or City: Fukui Prefecture and Kanoya City, Kagoshima Prefecture

Others: Each prefecture/city prepares their own specialty ingredients and ABC Cooking Studio creates recipes that highlight the attractiveness of these ingredients.
