Top Managers' Seminar
As part of the Official Development Assistance (ODA) of the Government of Japan, executive officials from
local governments in Asian nations are invited to participate in the Top Managers' Seminar. The Seminar's
goal is to contribute to the social and economic development of the Asian countries in the administrative
field. CLAIR Singapore has assisted and cooperated in implementing the programme that aims at becoming a forum
for opinion and information exchange on topics in local administration.
